Dear Matt,
This essay would be greatly helped if it had some organization.
A thesis sentence
A supporting body
A conclusion
It also needs to stick to the topic Design Elements.
line, color, texture, value, space motion/time....
The title, name of artist, medium and date need to be identified in each essay.
Avoid using subjective statements like
" He used many warm colors like red and yellow to show happy thoughts not dark blue colors which he used in The Blue Period to show poverty and sadness in the painting The Tragedy."
If you look closely there is nothing happy about either painting. Notice the dead horses piled up in the bottom left corner of the "Bullfight".
Listing the page numbers is good, but the essay does not define the terms used.
For example, the perspective Picasso uses in Bullfight is atmospheric.
Watch grammar
"The artist uses linear perspective because the painting appear to have images sitting in the stadium which make our eyes see dots representing figures in mass which occupies space. "
Should read "... the painting appear(s) ...."
" In comparing and contrasting the two works they are not similar in anyway because both were painted according to how Picasso felted at the time."
This is not supportable unless you talked to Picasso and he told you this. Avoid subjective statements like this.
